What food blogs (nutrition and wellness focused) do you read? I'm looking to expand my knowledge a bit more. Also, are there any magazines and books you would recommend? I'm always on the search on how to lower my cholesterol and reduce my carb/sugar intake. I'm not great at sticking to rigid diet plans that completely eliminate whole food groups. I'm not looking to be "hangry" for weeks on end. I've been working with my doctor on this for years, but looking to see what others are finding to be helpful for them.
