Pampered Chef Party menu help

I've opted for "Power chicken cooking" theme.  We'll make 2 dishes with chicken & she'll talk about freezing tips.  I'm worried the menu looks to beige/white.
-white chicken chili (w/ garnishes though)
-chipotle chicken cornbread cups
-artichoke dip (served in bread bowl)
then I'm making my own pumpkin pie dip served w/ graham crackers & apple slices.

It'll be on aFri at 7p.  What do you think?  Too beige looking?  What if anything else could I add?  Thank you for your input!

Re: Pampered Chef Party menu help

  • how about making a punch that is a bright color.

You have some color- can you add spinach to the artichoke dip for more green.  How about adding some simple veggies and dip.

  • It is a lot of beige, but I would just add some colorful veggies and set everything up like a buffet. To add color, just make the table colorful with a nice tablecloth, flowers (or even use colorful vegetables and fruits as a display) and candles.
  • ditto the pp's...you could include the Pampered Chef drink recipe for Cranberry Fizz (I think that's it).  It uses the quik-stir pitchers, the citrus press.  It's raspberry sorbet and limes and juice (but I can't recall what juice).

Otherwise I would just do table decor in colors to brighten it up.
