Baptism Menu - help me make up my mind!

I'm trying to finish planning DD's baptism menu next weekend.  The baptism was actually scheduled for the end of September, but we had to cancel because I had the stomach flu.

Originally, we were just going to have a deli tray for sandwiches, mac and cheese, salad, etc.  Her first birthday party was yesterday and that's what we had for the meal, so I can't serve it again next weekend.

There will be 20 people coming for the baptism - all family members.  Mom suggested that we do a chili bar with toppings since football will be on during the party (our family members are big sports fans).  I was thinking of doing a crockpot of meatballs for sandwiches, inside-out manicotti (baked ziti), salad, and bread.  Help me decide what I should serve!
