Outsourced (spoilers and discussion)

I didn't think the show was very funny at the beginning, but during the 2nd half when they started showing the "novelty items" I thought that was really funny.  There were other parts that were pretty funny, and I think sometimes the first episode is hard because there are a lot introductions.

Re: Outsourced (spoilers and discussion)

  • Hmmm... intersting. We found the first part so painful to watch that we stopped watching and took it off our DVR list.  If it got funny, we missed that part.

  • I thought it was ok, not the worst new comedy (see earlier post on $hit my dad says).  I don't get why people were saying it was racist against Indians, I thought it was showing how stupid American culture (or lack thereof) can be sometimes.  We really do have ridiculous fads - talking fish anyone?

I have to admit I'd kind of like that fake blood puddle though.

  • I agree that it poked more fun at Americans than at Indians.
