Dogster has a whole raw forum

And they have a very helpful "What mistakes did you make starting out?" thread. http://www.dogster.com/forums/Raw_Food_Diet/thread/488318/1

Anybody who's been feeding raw for a while posts mistakes that they made, and solutions to those mistakes, such as:

Mistake: Too much bone!! Your dog shouldn't be pooping dust. wink

Solution: MORE MEAT!

and

Mistake: Feeding RMBs that are too small! It all ended well, but it was a nervous night waiting for the one-crunch chicken thigh to pass.

Solution: Feel RMBs that are more complicated and larger, though still edible.

and

Mistake: I almost brought piggy feet to a BBQ.

Solution: Check labels when prepping meat for human consumption.

and

Mistake: It is not a good idea to make meat "cake" with organ mix "frosting." Organ mix doesn't spread pretty.

Solution: Don't make a meat "cake" with organ mix "frosting."
