In 6 weeks I lost 8lbs. My run time for the mile and a half went from 13:45 to 12:58 (which is an 8:39 pace which I am pretty excited about). So yeah, I broke through my plateau that I was complaining about on here. When you break through, it feels like the weight just melts off. I updated my sig with a new pic too. Only 8.6lbs to go to my original goal, although I may lose a bit more if I can.
