I'm SOOO sore right now- legs, back, shoulders, arms, just my whole body. I did mostly take it easy this week, but had an unexpectedly fast/ hard run Tuesday. I have been trying to stretch, yoga, foam rolling, but I have a half in 2 days and I don't know what to do. Jog it out? walk? keep stretching? do nothing? ice? heat? What do you do when you are super sore days before a race? I have trained so hard for this, I really want to do well.
