Not monkey bread but caramel rolls
I would just make it with normal bread dough the night before, keep it covered well and heat it up in the morning- instead of making it with biscuits, if you don't have time to make it in the morning. I think it's gross with biscuits :/.
This "coffee cake" is amazing! Gotta love Paula Deen.
I make the recipe from smittenkitchen all the time (without the cream cheese glaze). After you assemble all the coated dough balls in the bundt pan, I wrap the pan tightly with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator. In the morning, I take the bundt pan out of the refrigerator, preheat the oven, and then they go right in.
