I'm making some breadsticks tonight and I don't have a thermometer (I know, I need to get one ). I'm supposed to put the yeast in 1.5 cups of warm water (110-120 F). Do you know about how long in the microwave (or stovetop) to get the water around that temp? I'm sure it varies, but just wanted to get an estimate for those that may have gone this route before? Thanks!
