My Tiki Fountains & Tropical Garden Art

 Hello,Paradise

My name is Breece Ward. I'm a sculptor and molder from southern California. I've been working on my craft since 2005, and was initially inspired by taking a college ceramic class. Since then I've been gradually learning different materials, techniques, and recently what to plant in my creations.

Please join me on my journey through exotica.  I'll be posting garden art updates, and the occasional cocktail & bbq ideas.  Feel free to share your pictures & thoughts.

Here is my volcano fountain w/ The Mighty Paquizoo!

Re: My Tiki Fountains & Tropical Garden Art

  • Welcome & looking forward to your posts!  Unfortunately, it gets very slow around here at this time of year but hope you continue to post.

I Love The Mighty Paquizoo!  Great job!

  • Thank you.  I'm thinking I'll just keep posting pics of older pieces until I get caught up.  This is my Chic-E-Tiki Easter Island Standing fountain made of cast stone. He's 28" high x 18" wide.  Holds 2 gallons of water, and also has a filter.

  • Did you make these?  Wow, they are adorable!!  I would love to buy some of these for Christmas presents if you were thinking of doing this as a part time job :). My family lives in the keys and these wild be adorable at their houses (and let's get honest, I'm getting one for me too ;)
  • Thank you linkette, I appreciate it.  I'm pretty sure selling directly on this site is prohibited in the forum rules.  But, I do make these and they are available if you were curious enough to look online for my name.  With that said I'm happy that you joined the conversation, and hope you come back to see and share.

  • Hello again, hope everyone is enjoying the season. I?ve been wanting to get some night photos of the new design, and was finally able to this last week. It warmed up pretty good for a few days, just enough to sneak in a late season bbq/photo session. I ended up doing all three tikis with different colored lights. Hope you enjoy.

  • Hi guys,

Been too long. Hope everyone had a nice winter season & are gearing up for another fun spring. I?ve been very busy trying to get this latest piece done. I would have had it done earlier too, if it wasn?t for all those pesky holiday, family, & sporting events.

So, this latest design is a replacement for my previous standing fountain which wasn?t quite kosher. It had a few flaws that I wanted to fix right away while they were still fresh in my head. So voil? 3 1/2 months later we have the ?That 70?s retro tiki fountain.? It?s ~33? tall, holds 5 gallons of water, has a built in filter, comes with 3 high power submersible LED lights, and comes apart in two pieces for easy shipping! It really looks fantastic at night & I?m really happy with it. Here?s a little picture from start to finish + a night time video!

    THanks for looking!
