My new artwork

My sisters and I got the exact same thing, on the inside of our left wrists.  We put our first 2 initials around it.  It is a Celtic symbol.  Represents the drawing of the three powers of maiden, mother and crone. It is a sign of female power and especially power through transition and growth.  The center of this symbol represents the "hub" signifying unity of the three powers.  I thought it was appropriate that there was 3 of us.

My initials are right side up and easy to read.  To the left is J.L. and upside down is M.R.

  • That is so special! I also have two sisters. Did it hurt in that location? I've seen many people with an inner-wrist tatoo and think they are adorable.

Yeah it hurt.  But with only black ink and nothing too complex it was over pretty quick.  I made the worst faces between the 3 of us.  They kept trying to take a picture of the face I was making.  You just have to remind yourself that pain is temporary.

  • Very cool.  I like the meaning behind it.
  • That's cool - I like it!
