When was the last time you used a......

Okay for me its been years...I can't even remember the last time. I look every thing up online. DH asked me to look up a number in the phonebook. I googled it. He got pissy bc he said phonebook and I used the internet.... Okay really?!? Heck I didn't even know phonebooks still existed! lol.

  • I got a phone book in the mail a week or two ago, I tossed it in the cupboard where it will stay forever.
  • Less than a month, actually. When we were out of town for our anniversary we needed to call and see how late the grocery store was open and I didn't feel like getting the computer out/turned on just to look up a phone number.

  • ya know, I was just thinking about this the other day...specifically how we do not have a single phone book in the building.  There are times when I wish I did a phone book rather than looking stuff up on the internet.

  • With a smart phone you really don't need one either.
  • Its probably been over a year for me.  We don't keep one at our house, in fact when they get delivered I put it directly in the paper recycling container.  At work I sometimes need to use one because we have one phone for teacher use (which is a nightmare) and there are no computers where that phone is located.

  • It's been awhile, but I think I've used one in the past few months. I always keep it around, just for the convenience factor of not having to turn on the computer like pp mentioned.

  • It's been quite a while.  I used to keep one in the car, but with a smart phone it's not necessary anymore.  We do keep one at home and one in the office though, just in case we were to lose internet or anything. :)
