Why do my roasted potatoes always stick to the pan?!?

Everytime!   Ughhhh.

This time I decided to follow an actual recipe, the Hidden Valley Ranch potatoes recipe and they still are all stuck to the pan.

I am using a non-stick pan, and coating the pottaoes in olive oil or vegtable oil ro canola.

I have tried roasting them anywhere from 400 degree up to 450 and the still stick.

Any idea?
