Sorry if this is a dumb question. I don't usually eat a lot of asparagus, but I'm trying to change that. I bought some last week from Costco and made this recipe:
They were really good (although I couldn't get mine as coated as hers). The toddler didn't like them, but the baby did.

but I can't tell if my asparagus is bad. It's limper than last week, but it doesn't smell?? How do you know?
