T's department just had a meeting with HR to explain the new calculations for end of year bonuses, yearly reviews and increases in the health insurance plans.
The new calculation for the year end bonus is based off of how much you grossed in the year and they DO NOT make special considerations for military related leaves of absence. I'm so f*cking angry!
