Criminal Database - can anyone explain what this means?

I was looking someone up in a criminal records database and found this result...misdemeanor ZDACT - Disposed accounting shell case.

Does anyone here know what this means?

Re: Criminal Database - can anyone explain what this means?

  • Any lawyers here? :)
  • This appears to be unique to your state.  Minnesota doesn't have any notations like this.

If I had to guess in a totally non-lawyer, simple common sense way, I'd guess it looks like the case was disposed of in some way that didn't result in conviction, and that's just the case file from whatever the charge originally was.
