For the tart frozen yogurt served at the above chain:
1. What type/ brand yogurt should I use to achieve the same texture and taste?
2. Do I need to add anything else?
3. And do I simply put all the ingredients in my Cuisinart Ice Cream maker?
My pastry chef sister swears that non-fat plain yogurt, a little xanthan gum, and sweetener if needed will work.
