And how can I keep it fresh longer? And who has a good recipe for it?
I am leaving tomorrow to go to Texas for a wedding. I need to bring breakfasty goodies and snacks for Friday afternoon and Saturday. But right now I have 6 zucchinis I need to use up before we leave. And I would need to make the bread tonight and it would have to fly to TX (2 hour flight) and then wait to be eaten till Saturday.
Would it be good? Any ideas?
Or should I just throw out the zucchini??
