Re: Kat- Body for Life!!!

  • Wow 72lbs?? That's awesome! Go charles!

Hubby and I are doing it thru work. One of my company products are the nutrion supplements and power shakes and all that fun stuff. I won't be taking any of those but the program still looks promising. We were provided with the BFL book, a journal, samples and a bunch of other stuff. And they are having a contest as well. The challenge doesn't start till Monday so right now we are just reading and making a plan. Like I told hubby because of our hectic life I'm sure we won't be able to do everything but even if I only do 2 out of the 6 things that's 2 more than I was doing before.

We even scheduled another photo session with Jenn at the end of the 12 weeks to give us extra motivation.

  • I totally forgot you guys make EAS stuff!  they were a bit too pricey for us, but Charles lost a lot of his with the help of the Costco protein shakes--- he drank them for his meals during several points during the day... I need to get off my butt and actually do it because it is SO easy and very effective.  A key factor for him was the workouts- he loved them and they're super easy too- he did them all at home too! :)  GL to you guys! Kick butt!!!

  • We're really excited too. Doing the workouts will be hard considering the kids and out schedules. But we are going to buy a jogging stroller and some dumbells, etc. We're not expecting the 6pack abs and miracle results that are shown in the book but even if I just went down one pant size I would be happy.
