Basement "yard" sale

I am seriously thinking of having a basement yard sale.  I am sooo ready to get rid of this crap we have and I'm not sure I can wait until spring to have a yard sale.  My question to you is, do you think it would work, i.e. people would come?  We have a basement door that leads directly into the unfinished part of the basement so people (strangers) wouldn't have to come through our home to get to the stuff.  Whaddya think...bad idea or genius Stick out tongue

Re: Basement "yard" sale

  • Have you thought about putting stuff on Craig's List? We have had good luck with getting rid of stuff on there.

  • I thought about Craigslist, but it seemed a lot easier to just have a sale here.  A while ago I listed an item on CL and had no responses...probably just the item, though!
