I think we're going to do mini pizza's for DD's birthday party, using the Oroweat Sandwich Thins which are essentially really thin hamburger buns. I make them all the time for DD for lunch and they're super duper yummy.
Do you think you could put these together in advance or would the pizza sauce make the bread too soggy? It would be at least 24 hours.
My other option is to get all the toppings ready to go then make them the morning of but Ii won't have much (if any) help doing any party prep so I'm trying to avoid that.
