s/o weight loss

I couldnt find it right off hand...but there is a new reccomendation out to weigh yourself daily.  yikes! right?  well the logic behind it seems to make sense.  If you eat a well on sunday and dont gain but lose or maintain , then on monday you have a double whopper large fries and a coke and you gain two pounds.. you are more apt to associate whopper with weight gain.  helping to reprogram thinking from oh it wasnt that bad to damn look what it did.  i will keep looking and see if i can find it

Re: s/o weight loss

  • the concept makes sense to me, but i still refuse to weigh myself. lol.
