Would you donate blood if you were training for a half marathon?
Some additional info?
I'm not training to WIN the race, just to finish it. I'm pretty early into my training (race in early September), like 3 weeks in. I usually donate every 8 wks like clockwork and it usually knocks me on my butt for at least 3 days (I never work out the day after, I'm always too burnt out still and workouts for a few days after are much more difficult than "normal").
So, given this, WWYD?
