How to moisturize the inside of your nose? And get rid of burning?
I'm completely serious. Recently I've had non stop congestion because of allergies or whatnot so I took a nasal spray (which I no longer use because it burns my nose) and I've been blowing my nose non stop. However, the inside of my nose is very dry and painful. And the whole inside of my nose down to where it connects with my mouth is burning... It comes and goes, but every time I breathe it just burns and stings. I believe it's from the nasal spray (which again, I repeat, am no longer using) but I don't know how to get rid of it...
I'd like to add at the beginning when I started using the spray I used to bleed. I'm not sure if I am still bleeding from my nose.
Anyone know how to help? Please? I'm desperate, it's just my right nostril and it hurts a lot. It's really uncomfortable.
