So, we're hosting Christmas Day Dinner for 30 people.
As if that weren't enough, Christmas Morning we will be at my ILs for breakfast and opening presents. Also, Christmas Eve, we have to be at my ILs for "dinner" and then drive out to my parents for my dad's Birthday.
Which means the only time in those two days I have to do any prep-work is Christmas Eve Day.
Add to that, DH is sick. And, like most men, becomes completely useless. And it's not like I want Mr. Sicko prepping food and infecting our guests.
So I need to get this done pretty much by myself in the 10 days. Does anyone have a cleaning/cooking/etc. checklist of some sort?
